At Excel LED, we made our screens for different purposes, there are ones you can use outdoors such as our SP series which is meant to be used in the stadium, our Logo display which is a fixed installation to display your logo, our B series which is meant to display graphics on the billboard are all outdoor screens, we made some for indoor use, some of them is our L series, this is an LED poster display, we have smart series that can be used in your auditoriums, churches, airport and so on, whatever you need, we got you covered. This question is important to us because we know that many companies like ours offer this same service but we guarantee you that what you will get from us is original, we are not vendors, we designed and made our screens to last, every screen you purchase from us has a 2 year warrant, we provide free training and help you in maintaining your screen for 6 months, all these are done without extra charges. there are therefore things our warrant do not cover such as issues that occur as a result of the power supplied to the screen, nevertheless, we still have a solution to that for you.

Once the payment is made for your preferred LED screen, your screen should be delivered to you and installed within 96 hours within Nigeria, it may take a longer hour to other countries due to logistics.

Our answer is YES, the parts are replaceable, just reach out to
us by coming to the office or through an email, we will replace the parts within the shortest time.

Like we always say, our screens are built to last, the average life span of our screens is 100, 000 hours (one hundred thousand hours) please also follow the guidelines that will be provided by our engineers to be sure the screens last for you.

Refresh rate is measured in hertz (Hz) it describes the amount of times the picture refreshes per second. To put it in the simplest terms, a display's refresh rate describes the number of times per second the display resets the image, you can be sure you are seeing in real time when the screens are used as live monitors.

It is always advisable to get our engineers to the place where your SCREENS will be installed, they are in the best position to tell you the sizes that will be suitable for your audience, nevertheless, the minimum size you can get from us is 6sqm.

Yes, all our products come with 2 years warrant. The warrant does not cover damages caused as a result of fluctuations in the power supply to the screen and the video processors. Our technicians will advice you on what you need to do to make the screen last longer for you.
